When calling to report a claim please have the following information available...

1. Date & time of loss
2. Cause (what happened?)
3. Location of the loss
4. Extent of the loss (What was damaged or destroyed?) Take an inventory of these items.
5. Did the police or fire department respond? If the authorities did respond please get the police report number.
6. Was any one injured?

If you are calling about an auto claim, make sure you have the insurance information and name & address of other drivers involved.
